Rusty came from a blue-collar family. His mother was a social worker and his father worked construction. He graduated from LSU in 1988 and then took several years away from school to gain life experience and worked in the legal field as a Certified Legal Investigator. He returned to school to obtain his law degree from the Southern University Law Center where he graduated in 2000 magna cum laude and was student chapter president of the Louisiana Trial Lawyers Association. Rusty was also among the top students in his class who were inducted into Alpha Sigma Nu honorary fraternity as well as the Golden Key Honor Society.
Rusty served in the Louisiana National Guard as an Infantry Officer and in the U.S. Army Reserves as a Transportation and Logistics officer. He retired from the U.S. Army Reserves with twenty years of service after achieving the rank of Major.

Employed by Bianca Law Firm since 2005, Raphael “Ray” Juneau graduated cum laude from Loyola Law School in New Orleans in 2000. While earning his law degree, he interned at the Department of Justice, Office of the United States Trustee in New Orleans. Ray was also inducted into Alpha Sigma Nu honorary fraternity as well as the Golden Key Honor Society.
In 1995, Ray obtained a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Nicholls State and passed the Certified Public Accountant's examination.

Jonathan Rice Rice is originally from Morgan City, Louisiana and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Southwestern Louisiana. In 2003, Jonathan graduated cum laude from Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge. He has experience in a wide variety of cases such as trucking accidents, automobile wrecks, 18-wheeler accidents, vehicle rollovers, criminal defense, workers comp, and business litigation. Jonathan is married to Autumn and they have one son. He enjoys reading, hunting, fishing, exercising and coaching his child’s sports teams.

He also has been featured in Champions - Knockout Strategies or Health, Wealth, and Success due in 2012, and is currently writing a book on Workers Compensation issues, due in 2012.
